Well it really doesnt matter...use the ip adress..if it doesnt work for you!!!! then switch over to domain..good luck and have a good day
Thank you for the response. I did change from ip addy to domain & it really did make a difference. Ya know, when a parson doesn't
go onto these functions very often, it can be difficult.(at least for me) The most noticable problem on the TV screeen was the
"connection 1" at the bottom of screen. Just black screen/scrambled. I went into setups & all the stuff & figured that I may as wel
at least TRY something. The Domain change did it for me. Is there a IKS/NFPS install guide that I could print, for future reference.
Or if someone could point me in the right direction I would certainly appreciate it.
BTW It is really great to be back amongst friends here at SATFIX that really do know whats going on & willing to help

The 10 post rule is not in effect for anything right now. You should be able to pm.

Replying to the IP issue. Guys just be aware that if you used a computer the IP given by IKS can be block by some antivirus programs, so using domain name is best.

How can I recover an ID and password of NFPS if it is wiped from my Nano premium receiver? Is it possible to use the mac address to recover it? Please help. It was accidentally deleted and I don't have the email from Wufman that he sent me when I bought the codes, since we had to create new accounts and all that....Any help is appreciated.

If you bought direct from them it could take some time. I waited almost 2 days and have read others waited a week !
Just have to hope for the best !

I have a 14 digit code from nokia also..I thought i read that we should get an e-mail telling us what our new 12 digit code is but if nokia is out of the picture I doubt if we will get one.this post is kind of old you might have already solved your issue, if you have I would appreciate any info ....thanks

I have a satzen and where you put the password under ID # it wont let me add anymore then 2 digits no matter what I put in thought it was my remote but its not then it goes back to saying default same with Des key does anyone know how to correct that? thank you

Did you just put in ikspstv.com ?
You will have to look up your port and put a number in front ie: X.ikspstv.com

Click on the link below and when you get to the members page on the left hand side is the option "send private message". Click on that and enter a something in the title area then type in what info you need from them in the big blank space. Did you use the checker? if not do so. Are you on the correct port & server name/IP? did you try rebooting your entire system?

Think my box is flocked. Not getting any signal and the lnbs are fine because I just checked them. Been a long ride with this box so cant complain..:)

dont have a switch but think u right on tuner.. I have another skywalker tuner if I can figure out how with this captiveworks 4000. :)
Backup. Changed tuner and running now :)
