I had the same problem, I thought my setting were off, I reset everything but still didn't work, so I came to the forum, and just change the kz and put tv reboot my receiver, now working great thanks.

when ur having a connection issue ... try HARD REBOOTING ur compnents ... modem + router + receiver ... and PC if ur using the PC to run connection for the receiver

Back up on 35933. Although I did try those actions Nokia mentioned to no avail I discovered my problem which could be relevant to others. It was an IP conflict which was resolved by logging out of my router and back in forcing a hard re-boot. This forced it to pick up my devices and assign them each an IP that did not conflict.

You can't change ports, you must use the one assigned too you.

The server is up but not all the channels are up. Most of IKS servers are affected since last ECM.
Have some patience, I am sure the server staff is aware of the issue...
