My still not working since last nigth i input all the numbers and reboot the unit still can't connect and check my code they are ACTIVE. I don't know why i can't get it to work. I've try just about everything still can't connect.

Did you try using the wizard program....double check your settings its talking with the box......

What's it mean wizard program? My setting is fine i run another ps working just fine the connection work fine except nfps i had problem with. My code was expired on 29th and i renew it last nigth. My old one works just fine untill 29th expired. New one will not work at all. I try the code on my Jynxbox ultra hd and i try on my DL HD still not work both of them.

hi, I thought you have to change your domain to 2.NFPS.BZ and not 2.NFPS.WS. The BZ instead of WS, try and see if it helps. I have I link 9600 and IP address does not work for me. I have to fill in the name all the time.

I checked both servers 1.nfps and 2.nfps using a tool on my computer. So the port 10410 is closed on both.
Only ports for registrations that are down, other port like 80 are up.
So i can confirm that it's server end issue guys.

domain names are not sensitive to caps or lower case, both should work.

There was a time, quite some years ago when some ISPs blocked access to certain IKS ports up here, this created this phenomena where people would say "I'm down in *insert place here* " I don't know of many ISPs now-a-days that block services like this but the phenomena has perpetuated. Aside from the varying ports, human error, downtime or dreaded ECMs geography from what I can see doesn't have much to do with it unless some core router or link fails.

Yes I was down on port 16110. I did a reboot on modem and router then receiver (limesat air) they I was back up. I still have Freezing for a few minuets then it up and running for a few minuets. It seems to be one of those aggravating days in are hobby. But I dont think its US.

Change to 2.NFPS.BZ and see if that works.

the code I have was good until last night. this morning started to show no service or scramble. rebooting everything didn't help either.
You should start a new thread to get this out of up/down only section.
I can only suggest reset everything including and especially all server info.
Have only 1 server with active information.
If when you goto the network screen,if it shows connected then don't reset your router and/or modem.
It's not necessary.
