Be patient, he's stand up guy and if you ran a service like his, you'd be busy too.

use as back up and looking for new mainline, they are all slow to reply or clarify if priced within reason.
the ones priced in stratosphere can afford to jump on every little itty bitty pm . . . but, imho, they all go
down/freeze/etc at about the same time. PM response is no indication of uptime as most all are resellers,
some part time.
