Cheapest way would be to Use an old dvd burner or vcr to convert it to coax would probably work.
You'll need to have it on all the time but it will work

Another way to get to another tv (no coax though) would be to use a a/v wireless transmitter.

Both ways will probably use the yellow/red/white analogue connections as output from the receiver

The A/V wireless is the quick way as Kijiji mentioned.

But it won't be in HD, there are HD over CAT5 adapters and splitters out there that will take the HD output from the HD receiver and split it, then using CAT5 cable you can run the HD signal to the second remote TV.

Look at this site for info on these pieces of equipment.

So why the difference in price for a lot of these? Is it based on the distance or length of run you require? What is a good price to spend on one of these?

the absolute best way is to use a rf modulator then you can send to as many tv as you want with a av splitter. this is the method i use for my dreamlink and four televisions.

I use this method as well except to 2 other tvs and I don't notice any signal loss at all. You still can bring in the hds however the signal is that of sd.
