xfta help

have viewsat ultra with xfta, was working perfect until Tues and then... I connect to server but then in log viewer it says CW's not received and failed to receive valid control words from server.
Any xfta expertise would be appreciated.

Maybe your provider change his IP adress. It's the case of NFPS for example.
If not, disconect your xfta and your receiver. Than, reconect both.
Give us some news. Good luck.

Thanks for the reply, Provider says all my info is correct. I have tried everything I can think of. receiver factory default, re program xfta, reboot modem,xfta,receiver, even input info in my other (identical setup) receiver (which works perfect with other provider)

Problem solved, as I thought it was on the providers end...
