uninstalling apps

Hello gang, trying to delete a few apps phone came with that I don't use but it seems I can't, this apps came already installed in the phone like Books and few others, I installed the app move to sd card and I manage to move a few to sd card to free phone's internal memory, some can't be moved but is there a way to uninstall this apps?
