This info is not your server info
This is your rcvr network info
what are you trying to do?

this what I see when I go to menu for network.
then I see: IP setup
SW download
net application

then I go to IP setup

then this comes up:
Network Setting--auto
IP address---
Gateway----
DNS---
2nd DNS---
USER DNS---
apply
does this help with my problem of changing my IP address

you do that in net application not in ip set-up

leave IP set up on auto... go to net application ... there should be a place for either ip address or domain name. if server type says domain name it should be either 1.nfps.ws or 2.nfps.ws depending on which port you are on. if server type says ip address then put the new IP here. I believe you can change server type to either domain name or IP address

Actually, the domain is not changing just the ip address. folks with a domain entered should direct to the new ip no prob < as in not having to change anything. those with an ip must change it within a few days.
two cents worth.....maybe better for another thread.

So that means I don't have to do anything cause I have the Domain entered & not the IP address.
If I click on the Domain it changes to IP & this comes up 0.0.0.0?????

Yes. they are only changing the domain to another server. If you are using the domain and it is working for you, you will be good. If you use an IP you will have to change to the new IP.

Not always, but sometimes it can take some time for the DNS entries to be updated, as well as the routing information to be updated.

So, if the domain name is not working for you, you can always try the ip address. (and vice versa)
