Fortec Ultra with Pansat 2700 remote

guys I have a fortec for iks, but with a legit pansat 2700 remote, the remote works for fortec ultra except for the number "0" anybody help. I want to do a factory reset but can't because i need to punch in "0000"

had this problem one time but remote was same as receiver, in my case was a bin file mismatch. however, if you select each key on the remote separately, one of them will equal the 0. may be audio, last(believe this was one with gave me 0) or any of the other ones on remote. check em all until you find the 0 input. hope this helps.

FYI - channel up button is zero.
