Ghost in my remote?!

Here is a new one I have found. Suddenly, my dl hd will start turning the volume down or up at random. It doesn't do this often say about 4x a week but it does do it. Changed the batteries, rebooted the box, did a factory reset and still it does it. I have had this box since January and never done it until about a month ago. Any ideas besides ghosts...LOL!!:noidea:

Keep the remote away from or not pointing (think about reflection on wall) to the receiver and observe.......

This receiver has some issues. When my receiver is on for long time it doesn't respond to the remote properly. For example press the info button, it changes channle number....

When not in use check on your remote the stb button blinks or not
