I just got my new dongle for captive works 700,can some pls tell me which file should i load for dongle to work with iks.

You need the 2.58 or 2.59 dongle file.

You can use the 2.66 file. Doesn't matter if it says Japan or not.

Does geographical location matter when choosing a private server. Say if am in North America, does different rules apply than if am in the caribbean?

No! just what they support, whether or not if you are eastern or western arc.

Hello I am new at this My CWS 700 lost all channels. Is there a new bin file? What are the options?

The problem am having is that i have 3 receivers and only one thats in the caribbean keeps loosing connection to the PS.
I have to do some more troubleshooting to make sure its not my dongle as well. CW800S
