Hey All:

I'm having some issues. I am missing channels. It appears I have am picking up both 110 and 119 but I can't even scan a bunch of the PPV channels. I know for sure I'm missing 136 and the 8100 series.

I'm guessing I'm missing a change in TPs.

Please help.

Thanks

what dish and lnbs are you using and whats the signal and quality your getting for each sat and also what private server are you using....

Using a BEV dish to point to D with their LNBs. Using NFSP as well. Signal Strenght is 77%, Quality is 85%.
I have not moved dish but have factory reset so I'm sure its something I've setup wrong. ( i need to make better notes as it was setup fine and I screwed it up)

Here's some more channels I know I'm missing.
102, 110, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118, 120, 122, 124, 125, 126, 128, 129, 130, 135, 136, 138 etc.

I think your signal strength is a bit weak..is that your strongest signal or weakest? or maybe the average?

What switch do you use?

The dish and lnb's would work for this setup, so I would think it might be the switch settings or the dish needs tweaking.

its a sw21 switch. Again was working fine till factory reset so think its software not hardware. i remember manually changing a tp previously per a solution from bigslim. not sure which one

Yeah..I have seen that when the switches aren't setup right.

When you go to the menu, and then to your lnb settings..what does it say at the top of the screen when you adjust the settings. I know you would have it set to sat 110, but at the top of the screen it should tell you what sat you are actually on for that lnb/ switch port.

When you say sw21..do you mean the built-in switch or a separate switch?

The reason for asking is because there is a twin and quad setting in the menu for the built in switched LNB's.

Hey all:
Sorry been a while to get back to you. The system is displaying the correct satellites in top right corner for what its supposed to be.

I've change LNBs in the menu but that hasn't work.

Lets start from scratch shall we? I have BEV Dish and BEV Equipment pointed at DIK. What options do I need to select to make everything work? I have it pointing at 110 and 119 and there is a SW21 Switch attached to the dish coming into the house.

I'm sorry I haven't had much time to play to get it to work. But with WWE PPV coming up want to make sure I'm up and running.

You will need to specify what port on the SW21 goes to which dish.

Here is a good remedy for you, get rid of the sw21 and get a 4x1, put 119 on port 1 and 110 on port 2, this will be easier for you to setup in your antenna settings, but first, what I would do is use a barrel connector, and connect each lnb separately to your stb, and check for your S/Q, for 119 use either TP 12253 or 12297, try to get at least 80-88% sig, which should give you 90-99% Q. Do a fact default to your stb and download sat 119, then connect directly to 110, and download those channels, once the sat's have downloaded then put in the 4x1 sw, go to your antenna settings, and change diseq setting 1.0 for 119 to port 1 and then do the same to 110 and set it for port 2. This way you are not playing with the multidish settings all the time.
