Do you see half face?

Hello gang, this happened yesterday, a thunder hit a high voltage line the line was on pavement sparks and smoke all over, People swear this is a half face, do you guys see it?

After a while of looking at it I finally saw it, it is more of an eye and eyebrow seems to be looking at left buildingg, I'll try to edit photo with marks of where I see this
