The following is a notification received by me from NFPS Management

At the moment we are currently not accepting any payment methods. This includes Visa or Western Union. In a few days we will be accepting payments again for donation numbers. Due to the stolen information from our database, we have taken the right precautions and started to change the security in our payment system.

Sadly, I have to inform you that in the coming days we will be sending mails to all the clients informing them about the change on the current donations, there are no exceptions, all donations numbers will be changed. Our database has been totally compromised.

The new donation numbers will be 12 digits long.

Automatic system is not working right now.

We are making changes to strengthen the security of this system. That means, the new donations will be sent manually.

We will not be selling 14 digit donations anymore.

Beginning next week, we will start the process of moving all clients to the new servers. This process will be announced and how this can be done will be explained on our Web page under a secure and easy process.

We cannot foresee a date to finish these changes. We estimate it may take at least 30 days to complete.

On completion we will be shutting down the current servers 1.nfpstv.com and 2.nfpstv.com.

If your missing channels try rescaning the sat, there are transponder changes occasionaly and that may cause the problem.. If it was the wrong Ip it wouldnt conect and there would be no chanels.

I just want to add something else. A lot of members bought their donation numbers from nfpsiksd*nation dot com (replace * with o - cannot post the actual name as it has been censored here for over a year) and assumed it was from the official site. The ONLY official site is at iksprivateserver.com

Donations sold at the former site will go down tonight as those are, again, stolen donations.

Same cards, different server. Different management. Different customer experience. If you buy from iksprivateserver.com, donations will last for 1 year - this is the guarantee. Ftabeta was the first support site, until the management there decided to open up the forum for another server, iksR. The management basically back-stabbed NFPS, even though there was a prior agreement that it was to be a sole support site for NFPS. Due to the disagreement, NFPS made a new support site = ftazeta. Now, the management there is so corrupt, they are luring in people and scamming with fake/stolen donations. Do you now see the difference between R*cket and NFPS... also beta and zeta? NFPS was the 'original' server after all.
In short - they are definitely NOT the same. We would never allow members to be ripped off here. The staff here do not make a penny (except VG). We're solely here to help you get your rightful claims and support.

It has come to my knowledge that there is a scammer sending messages to users using ftazeta's email id (webmaster@ftazeta dot com). The emails are being sent to users for purchasing stolen donations via paypal. Please IGNORE the message. These emails cannot be prevented as it is not being sent from zeta's server as far as I know. As many of you already know Red Point 125w a long time ago started a migration process to move their customers to the sats 110w and 119w. Due to this migration process our sources used to generate IKS for that sat have been depleted in the last months and unfortunately yesterday we lost the last ones making it impossible to restore the service.

We believe the future for our users is IPTV and we have invested heavily in both dollars and man hours to create a NEW IPTV SERVICE that is very close to being launched as a full service. Our recommendation to our users is to obtain an IPTV receiver as soon as possible. Our IPTV forums have a tremendous amount of information available on receivers in order to help you decide on which box is right for you. We understand that this is an investment into yet another receiver, however those who have spent years involved in this game fully understand that this is just how it is. NFPS is going to help those users acquire their IPTV receivers by assuming part of the economic burden in the following manner.

NFPS is aware that there is a problem with the Mac addresses, mostly on the Mags, they are working with the developers to fix it. Users are getting such messages as "contact your provider" or simply not connecting...sometimes with blue bars, etc.

In the meantime the Macs will work on Kodi and other emulators.

All those users who are experiencing problems to connect to the IPTV using your username and password that i recall is the same as your donation number, please try doing IPTV reset to your account at the Papiao site. papiao.tv/main/search_nfps/

After performing the IPTV reset restart your STB or application and try to connect again.


If you use the STB emulator and connects but you can't watch the channels

1- Go to Settings -> Profile -> [ Profile Name ] -> Device ID in the application menu.

2- Make sure that the option "Send Device ID to Service Provider" is checked.

3- Reload the application and try again.

If it doesn't work try doing an IPTV Reset to your donation number.


KODI users who are receiving the error "Device ID mismatch"

If you are getting this error in your KODI, it means that your addon is not sending the Device ID properly. Please follow these steps to fix it:

1- Go to this website

5- Do an IPTV Reset to your donation number.
