with these being such "special" channels, even if you do find one that might have them open today, that could change quickly. never a good idea to pick a server based on a specific channel, only going to be disappointed in the long run.
if you really "need/want" these channels, probably in your best interest to get them from the provider, only way you will have them for certain.

BeaverTV has both of them up now. Check out the appropriate thread for contact info. But the best way to ensure you always have them is through the provider. You shouldn't base your IKS subscription on what specific channels are offered but rather through the quality of service. There is a channel comparison document around somewhere. Try checking that out too for more providers.
