hello there,how do i get back my lost code,i meant when my sv 4000 died,i did not save my username,password in a piece of paper when things happen...i got my donation from rocketiks and i cant remember who is my seller...any idea or anyhelp that i can contact..thanks.:rolleyes1:

Did you not received your Codes in an E-mail, you could try and check your mails to see if you find it.

thanks on quick reply,but i did check my email its not there..when the satfix went black and i know i just saved to my folder but i did not copy and paste...

If you paid thru paypal.go back into your paypal account.check all your transactions.there you should have an email where you can contact your reseller..hope that helps you..good luck...

Some members don't even know what happen, because they only come to the sites when they have a problem just like the OP - STB died and now the codes are lost. Of coarse the OP should have saved that info and probably will next time !

You can go through your browser history on your computer and see if you can dig it up through there so long as you haven't deleted your history.
