just installed a new gateway modem , checked my nfps and it says please wait 3 seconds . i did a search but found no info . i am using a nano p ream. on dn

it usually has to do with the internet connection for the receiver,its not receiving a strong enough signal or no signal.

it was working great till i put in the new modem

I rebooted the modem , by unpluging it and did the same to the nano, at the same time . then pluged them both back in and waited for the modem to configer its self, tv started right up
