pretty sure u need a special lnb for 118 sat; turning on the 22khz will not get you those channels

You need a seperate dish and lnb to get 118 or a dual 119/118 lnb and a minimum 33" dish if in NA. Turning 22k on will not do it. The 22khz setting is used for C and KU bands hence why you turn it off. Unless you have a BUD keep it off.

Thanks Anubis, that answered my 22kHz perfectly.

As for my 110/119/129 issue, I have just let that go for now. I am happy with 110/119 for now. It is odd though, I have seen around town, people with the identical dish/bracket setups. some where able to get all three birds with the 3 lnbs side by side. Others where two side by side, a space, than the third (again depending on which bracket they used). I guess those people had more patience than me.

Setting up multiple birds on a single dish can be a little nerve racking some times.:tehe:

Sorry but that is wrong. 22khz is for switch settings If you have a 22khz switch you will need to use it But they are a specialty switch and if you need to ask about it then leave it off

Yes you are correct I went back and read what I researched quickly and it was an old tutorial using C and KU with 22khz switch.
Thanks for pointing that out.

If you were to use a 22khz switch, it is mainly used if you have 2 sat's and 2 receivers, which is causing a power usage conflict, to use a 22khz switch with 3 sat's you will need a 3x4 sw also. You should be able to get all 3 sat's with a 4x1 sw, just have to make sure the elliptical dish is setup correctly.
