OK been doing this now for a couple of years. There was a ton of freezing so I installed the latest SKY. Sudenly the stb locks and will not get off the usb. I hard reboot and took the usb out. It gave me the setup area. I did a factory default like I always do. I went to reset up the sat and the ones I need are gone. I am stuck. Can some one send me the setup guide for in stalling the newest factory .npp file and sky? I figure if I set it up as if it came out the box I hope it will work. Please help.
