if u want a fast one look for a good overseas vps with lots of bandwith alowance and put squid proxie on it then u would have your very own proxie with good speed

go get a prepaid credit card and set up the vps with fake info and use prepaid credit cards to pay for it

just a suggestion but if u want premium speeds this would probably work better then a vpn service or proxie service and should cost no more then 10 bucks a month maybe less

privateinternetaccess is good. They are reasonable in price and no logging. They also give give yu a choice in settings as to what country you want to be traced to. You should not see any difference in speed on the internet at least I don't. good luck
