seems ok. i dont see why loading the factory file and factory defaulting is mandatory? call it the rebel in me but i didn't do any of that and mines fine.

I agree zoogor, although we're always told to i have never with any brands for a long time now and everything has always been fine.

I did not use the factory 105 either, just did a factory and hard reset before and after loading new file. Working well here Thank you Dreamlink Team...

Umm wouldn't loading factory 105 on the first generation receivers brick the remote??

I did the same, loaded 114 + receiver rebooted. No factory default before or after. Works like a charm, but not to say there might be times that a default might be necessary. I also believe that every few months or so re scanning birds is somewhat necessary.

Only the 101 factory file will brick later version remotes.... 105 will work with both remotes.

Everything works fine but they for get to add MOVE under Edit channels and Edit Mode they got Lock Channels, Skip Channels,Delete Channels, Delete All Channels, Rename, But got to add Move Channels and I need that Option.

At my view thats more important. I pick up a movie to watch on the basis of info. Moving the channel also important thing. It was on kbox.

If the dreamlink has a serial port you should be able to use some software from dreamlink to load the factory file again. Sometimes receivers have a recovery method where u put only the factory file on a usb stick then hold a button while u power it up. It will automatically flash the file from usb.
If yours corrupted, what happened? Did you power it off in the middle of flashing or did you just forget to do the factory default?

My neighbour has just reported back that he went from 110 straight to 114 not testing any in between and also he loading timsters channel list for November know he's not sure if it's the channel list or the file but he noted that what has been done in the release is accurate, he said the're were 2 things he noticed, he noticed that there was much more channel lag using the guide scroll button going up and down and also noted that his epg was not populating nearly to the degree it had been before, no information would normally pop in within seconds is now minutes or never, and the dick epg toggle button doesn't really serve a purpose, he said he liked the other improvements and just wasn't sure if it was the channel list or the file so he's back to 110 on Lisbon channel list he told me he would do more testing and let me know

I have noticed the latest bin file 114 was deleted by itself from the machine and was running on factory file. Its so weird.

There seems to be a problem with the Timer Manager as the set time starts to creep back after a day or so. Thought it was just me, but another reported it also.
