how to download satellites

having problem when following manual

Do you have a dish? Has it been aligned to receive reception from satellite(s)? Do you have signal and quality on your receiver in antenna settings? Has this box worked before or is this a new setup? Leave a little more information. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I have had a dish for the past 4 years. Have a sonicview receiver, the phoenix was my back-uo
receiver. Lately my sonicview went down again so I am using the phoenix. Have been able to download Galaxy 3C on phoenix which has weak signal.

I have no signal on my most used satellite Galaxy 19, which is close to 3C. USAL is working but I have not been able to move motor in user mode.


Overall, I seem to have forgotten the steps I used before to download w/ phoenix.

lol...you and me both have forgotten as it has been longer for me with movers and usal. In user mode you should be able to bump until you find satellite you want and then save. But if you can't then hopefully one of the more experienced members will jump in and help you along. I wish yu good luck don f.....whoknows
