OK, I've been away from this for quite a while and thought I'd look into it. Here's my questions.
If a person had a SV 320P, a dongle, a dish pointed at 110, 119 and 92 (I think that's the one) and internet. I imagine following the instructions on this thread would be easy:

My question is: Someone mentioned something about getting a private server and paying for a code, if I understood right? Am I wrong? How would someone find such a server? How would they know what channels to expect? The price if any? Where would they find the install wizard (Wiznet or something) ? Answers would be very much appreciated. Thanks guys.
