There was an ECM today but that was the south only to my knowledge. Have you tried a full system reboot?

I know this is off topic and I apologize but you said using b#v... Is B3V up and running - did I miss something?

Reading on this site, you will find that there are several providers that have Bev ... However they have a smaller foot print than in the past , so much of the USA is unable to receive .... Lol

The Northern provider did not get taken out. Only the South. Some services will keep the North up while they work through there Southern issues. Other take them both off line until the issues are resolved.
That might be what your seeing.... or not seeing.
Many have already worked out the problems and are back up on both.
