Need some guidance. Just got a new 9000 because I broke the loop in off my receiver. So my old receiver was working fine communicating with my computer. Hooked up the new receiver and it's not rolling or sending the requests to the computer. When I say rolling the little orange circle on the LCD screen isn't there. It also says no video or audio. I can get the version number on the serial setup screen. So advice would be greatly appreciated
