What is part is required to get a sonicview 4000 to work again?
Is it a hub??

I read that the xfta dongle works with vs, coolsat and captiveworks.

its an svlan. i don't think they make them anymore?

I read that the xfta dongle works with vs, coolsat and captiveworks.yes friend its the hub but you then have to load the latest svlan file to convert it to the svlan and it,ll work for any private server of your choice,but you also have to buy a code from a private server to connect to,and watch tv....

yep.I have a ihub using for SV360.but than I put it in my old SV4000.with new file.SV4000 works way better than SV360p.bcoz I got EPG for every channels.

Where mite a person fine one?if your talking about the sonicview 4000 receiver or ihub try ebay,but the ihub are really hard to find,it,ll cost you around 100 bucks,you be better of buying a new receiver with built in,internet port,a new sd receiver runs for about 150 or so,your choice,good luck friend....
