On my Nano 2, Auto Transponder.........on or off

Checking my settings in Control Panel etc. I see I have a command called Auto Transponder. Should this be in the on or off setting?

I was told that it had to be off. But I guess its what ever you prefer.

It has to be on so the receiver can switch automatically.
