boot n hello

[Micmac]

Got my new limesat HD air n when I turned it on it flashes with the words boot n hello )I tried the reset at back but had no luck )any help would be appreciated ) Tx

Have you tried unplugging for an hour? Is that with all cables removed? it still does the same thing..
with the 400 board removed does it do the same thing?
have you tried.. using the loader... and the null modem cable.. and loading the factory file and see if that will fix it? Give us some more information

Maybe he could use the loader if there was a factory file.
