Easy question regarding up/down

down yesterday, then up, down today. running on 1.nfps.ws (one port):10510

is server down or should something else be tried?
tried restarting everything.

now getting "failed to open serial device 'COM5" message. wth?

You can delete this. I had 2 versions of rq-sssp-client running. Thanks for all the help! HAHA!
