Dreamlink hd remote response

Hello every one,

I have been testing a dreamlink hd, and have come across some problems
of which I am working true one at the time

The problem that I have right know is the remote response which is very slow I have tried replacing batteries
but nothing works, does any body have the same problem or is it just me ?
