- The Miz is featured in WWE's promotional advertisement for Survivor Series taking place November 18, 2012 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. He is shown fulfilling his "Awesome Bucket List," which includes climbing the highest mountain and walking on the moon.
