factory reset on a Dreamlink hd V3?

I just got my dreamlink HD V3... I have the latest bin on my usb stick... but I cannot find the factory reset to install on my usb stick..... I have looked in the files section and I cannot find it.. I have read, that I need to install the factory reset, first and then load the latest bin... I have not tried to hook up my box yet.. I was just getting everything on my usb stick to load....

Factory reset is not a file..And can be found in the menu-config-system recovery..
