no birds 110 & 119

I just got my dreamlink hd v3 today... I am trying to install it.. I have been reading the 'setup for dreamlink hd' ( no luck)... In the dish settings, I do not see my sats.... Ok, I ordered my box off ebay.....I am not sure what type of board came in the box...but there was a small board ( green) that was loose in the box... one of the resistors was already broke off of the loose green board...

You will need a new board if the one recieved is damaged..A system restore after loading files will populate sat list..Gl..

Ok, I have 110 ( Echo 10/11) & 119 ( Echo 14), after the system restore.... I am getting a S-20- & Q-21..What do my settings (dish) need to be...

Before this box, I had a sonicview 360e.....

If the module is damaged as you say,and your settings are correct you will not get s/q..Hd boards can be either green or red..Sounds like ya need a new board...I would work on that...

I am new to this site and I apologize for acting a little slow... I am not familiar with dvb-s?
Kidwckd- those settings was from my sv360e....( old settings) I am trying to find settings for the dreamlink hd on birds 110 & 119..
