Hi all,
I acquired a used Nfusion HD and am having some problems with it. I set up in terrestrial/OTA only mode and it found all of my channels fine. Recording works fine. The problem is, about half of the channels are missing audio. I have it hooked up via HDMI for video and via optical for audio and my receiver is a Pioneer 1014TX with no known problems. I've scoured the Internet and some folks have mentioned disabling dolby digital to address this, but as far I can tell on the receiver and in the manual, there are no audio settings except the Audio button for stereo/L/R. Because I have no plans to use this for FTA, I'm a bit confused about trying new firmware. I hooked up the receiver to my network, and a software update failed. For now, I've switched back to my DTV-5000.
It's possible this receiver is defective but I just want to make sure I'm not overlooking anything. I'm using a Harmony remote, so I also could be missing an obvious hardware button. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
