Freezing

Been having a lot of problems with my Nano Premium freezing. Reboot, reboot router, tried ip address (nothing), 1.nfps, 2nfps. Anyone else having problems? Getting close to doing a factory default and starting again unless anyone else has already cured this.

They are still getting over yesterdays ECM. If you went to their support site you can read all about what's going on with NFPS.

Doesn't seem to matter what I do either. Some channels worse than others.

i agree with both of you. freezing so bad i turned it off and got on here to read if someone was having the same problems. i now know that iam not alone.

Nano prem I had lotta freeezin too then found out hat where you put info for IKS in 1 and 2 you can have info for 1 or 2 if u put info in bothe u get lotta freezing

don't put the same donation code in twice as it will only run on one & the other will cause freezing...

You can only use 1 code for 1 receiver, do not try to use 1 code for 2 receivers, but lately the server has been having problems getting channels working again, they are up and down at the moment, unless it is DN doing something.

i only put one donation per box but i put it in twice . on one page i use domaain name ,and on the other page i use the ip address . is this causing my freezing to be bader ,or is it just the nano nfps thing cause all was good for along time. i am like the rest, i have a preminum se and i have nfps and rockect and it freezes alot the last couple of months. i have a first generation nano .i figured that the nfps guys and the nano guys can't get along ,cause how comes this only seems to be the preminun se having this problem or is all boxes using these two servers freezing. are all servers freezing alot lately? cause something got to give. i got a north server that doesn't hardly ever freeze. thank god for that ,or i would go nuts.

Mates, the freezing issue is due to having different donations in port 1 and 2. Use one donation per receiver and viola.....enjoy

you can enter the IP address & domain name in one server slot on your nanosats under menu/network/net application/dream/input type... you can switch between IP & domain on the same page without changing the server number. only one will be seen at a time but both will be there when you check... This should help you...

All freezing on my nanosat premium se was eliminated after switching to a modem with built in router and removing one of the donations from server 2 as described below:
