hey there, in a pickle here and need all the help i can get. had been on port 10410 with nano premium and all was good until 2 weeks when most channels were lost. i tried loading factory bins and eventually deleted my user name and password. i got new password and user name. tried everything and no luck. it says no signal after i input the info for server, domain, ip etc and complete channel search, it says connection 2 but it trips within 5 secs and no connection comes up. help help help

no signal is an issue in your hardware set-up ,likely your settings
