Lost signal on all sats

Hi all I upgraded to 214 last time and it was fine, today morning I can't get a signal on all sats, I've tried to change the switch but it didn't help, the only thing I did is I turned odd the receiver to change it's location and removed all the wires and put it back as the receiver was off and then I lost everything, ? any ideas ?

If you could post your antenna settings maybe someone would see a problem.
Did you try going back to 207?

did you put the coax cable on the top port.

Also check you did not break off the center conductor of your input cable when you removed and re-attached the cable.

i did see on another site some one had the same problem with the newest bin, they went back to the old ben and that fixed the problem.

Thanks for the help, yes I did go back to 212 and that fixed the problem.
