Anyone please help

I have a subscription on KanadianIKS, but I hear the name has changed to Beaver. I have been away for awhile, and I although I can still get channels, the freezing is awful; on for 30 seconds, off for 60 seconds. Do I need new codes now that Kanadian has a new name? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Any advice would be much appreciated.friend maybe is do to the server that its freezing,but try using the ip intead and have you tried rebooting your receiver thru the back button turn it OFF and back ON,good luck friend....

freezing on other server as well so your not alone.
