Hi all
I don't know if I'm in the right section but I'll ask anyways.
Rogers rip off is asking for higher prices starting in March
I want to return my lease modem and buy one but I need to
configure the new one. How do I do that? Their modem
is a Scientific Atlanta model 2100. How do I get the infos
in order to reprogram the other one. I can get one for 80.00 at
Tiger Direct and they are charging me 700.00 for a modem
Talk about a rip off.
Thanks

who is charging you 700 for a modem? If you mean Rogers you are wrong. I happen to work for Rogers and know for 100% certainty that to buy a modem from us is 99.00 bucks....not sure what you mean here

if you were leasing and planning to stay with Rogers for a long time this will cost you more my suggestion is to buy one if you planning to stay for at least 5 years with Rogers.
is Bell not available where you reside at?
