Is it possible that saved network and iks info could be lost if stb ( nano premium )has not been plugged in for a couple of months?

it should NOT be a problem...as long as you dont factory default ..some units will lose the ps info some do not i am not familiar with your unit ...however.. the sonicview P$ info stays in it ...the satzen , ilinks... it does NOT.. be safe just write it down somewhere ...
