I Cant Get channels 480 to 500

I get every channel on my jynx box , except channel 480 to 500 , i tried every scan and all the new software and still no luck , i get them on my limesat air hd , but cant get them on the Jynx box hd , look at if i am skipping a few tps , did anyone experience the same problem , and how did you solve it.

The sat/TP database for these channels is not correct as supplied by the coders.

Goto menu / installation / dish setting.
select satellite 110w.
Hit blue button to goto transponder functions
find TP 12253
As listed it will say symbol rate 21500 and you will not have any useable signal strength.
Hit red button to edit the TP
go down to symbol rate and type 20000
hit yes to confirm.
Signal will go from gray to colored indicating good signal now found.
Hit blue button to scan the TP and you will get all the channels you are looking for except 497

497 is on sat 129 you just need to manually rescan TP 12630 to get it.

Thanks again Aeonflux , tried the procedure and it worked like a dream , all the channels from 480 to 500 pop right in.
it is obsolutely beautiful to have a website with so many wonderful humanbeen.
