Ports with 3 or 4 digits

I'm trying to test Sky with my Jynx but can't post my server port simply because it has 4 digits. The box wont allowed it. Can this be corrected with a new bin? thanks

Are you setting this up in Newcam? Try adding the 0 but I think the problem is you are trying to set this up in the wrong format, SkyBox gave me that problem when I did the settings at newcam problem was solved, check if there is a how to guide at the receiver's section.

Did you try the PSKey maker software?

Putting a ZERO in the front should work. Try a hard reboot, might not be the reason it doesn't connect.
