i just unpacked my jynx ultra and i load 216 and i go to install and i got no sats is there something i should do

factory default.

Phat is big time right. You need to do factory reset. Also please remember to do a factory reset every time you upgrade to a newer bin. I know that 214 already says it does this but you need to repeat it to get the job done.

Ok thanks for the help , i got sats up but now when i input server info i get unable to connect ive checked and double checked info and my cables and all is good so anybody got any other ideas

Hard reboot. Power off/on with button in the back.
