New Jynx Not Reading USB

Hi all just got my new Jynx today and I cannot get it to read the Usb. Tried 2 different sticks and the same thing all it says is No File(*.bin).What could be the problem.

My System Info Says Model JynxBox V2
Loader Version V 1.2.20

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Open up the front door and try that USB. Front door is on right side and opens from the top down.

Rear USB does not work for upgrade until 214 bin or later.

I have tried both and they say the same thing.

OK. I am wondering if you have unzipped the file? The site stores them in zip format and you have to unzip it to the USB. Sorry, not trying to insult your intelligence but some folks do not know to unzip it to get the *.bin file.

If you did unzip the file and it still does not see the *.bin ... does the Jynx see the USB drive itself? If it does see the drive, then try to format the USB drive with the Jynxbox. That will solve any issues the Jynx has with the drive. Then put it back into the PC to reload the bin file and then back to the Jynx to load it.

Yes I did unzip the file and do you format with the PVR function as that is the only place I seen the format option.It is seeing the stick but not the file in it.

if you are loading the file from this site, open the file first then extract it to the usb.

If thats where the format option is(pvr)try it..If no go google fat32..

iq180 your suggestion did work and I did finally get the file in. Just scanning right now but the signal is a lot lower than my other 2 receivers.I will keep you up to date but I have to get some sleep now as working at 2:30 AM sucks.Thanks for all your help guys.Till tomorrow.
