need help to set server on new Jynxbox ultra HD

just bought new Jynxbox ultra HD also get PS for it but didnt able to connect it even i make all input what PS provide only confusion on fist line set up at protocol..anyone can help to connecting problem at server...thanks in advance..Sanjay

Protocol is newcamd
Be very careful and be sure you get a dot where you need a dot and not a comma. It is one press extra on the remote and hard as hell to see on a TV screen.

Just to add to this if you do not show connect after hitting apply try a hard boot after verifying you input your info properly.

Make sure the DES code is correct, and don't rely on the one you see initially as correct. My box didn't have the first number of the code, initially, after loading the firmware.

Hard reboot is good, I also like to do a Soft Reboot (Remote control Power OFF/ON) when some PS are stubborn to connect.
