N.O.I. Has Stopped Working ...

For the past several days I connect to N.O.I. and then in a bout 2 minutes lose the connection and get the message that N.O.I. has stopped working? Everything was fine a few weeks ago and I have not changed any of the settings?

Check your antivirus program!

Some malware programs also delete part of the program thinking that it is some form of a virus. I found out the hard way when my NOI also malfunction.
