need help to extract bin 9600hd from winzip

hi guys need you guys help to extract bin for ilink9600hd, being trying several times with winzip and wirar with out successes, don't know what i doing wrong , have a nano premium and extract file with no problem any help will appreciated tnx rub

Delete it and download it again. I just tested it and it extracted with winrar with no issues.
