can anyone explain how to hard wire sat into laptop running windows 7 ??? I using cell hone to power laptop internet.

Get a CAT5 cross over cable, then use the LAN port on the laptop and connect that to the receiver's LAN port using the crossover cable. (some newer laptops may not need the crossover cable)
Then go to the control panel on your laptop and setup the "Advanced network sharing" in the "network and sharing" center, follow the instructions there.
You will be sharing the cell phone network connection, if the LAN port is already in use (by the cell phone) then you will need a USB to LAN adapter.

If your running windows 7 premuim and up all you have to do is bridge your lan adapter with your wireless adapter....
Go into network sharing center and select change adapter settings and highlight those two adapters, once they are highlighted right click and select add bridge. Once you have done that a bridge icon will appear to indicate you have bridged your wifi connection with your ethernet connection...
It's as simple as that...
PS: windows 7 basic doesn't have the bridge feature.
