need help-nano prem on nfps

I have a nano pre on nfps on port 15010-did a recent rescan and many chan. did not repopulate. I noticed that tp 3 for 110 and 119 with a freq of 12253 has 95%s but the Q is 0%. I adjusted the dish but nothing seems to make a difference.any help would be appreciated

that TP on 119 is a spot beam & maybe on 110 also it isn't conus so dont expect to get it.
