no connection

have a nano 2 been down for a few days did a code check has 99 days left on it,changed from domain to the 37.46.112.201 tp address several times still nothing,it is using 10910 port,the one thing i noticed is that the ip setup is on auto but only the user dns is filled in all the others stay zeros could not remember if that is the way it should be or not.any help would be appreciated,thanks

Scroll down to apply, and press ok on remote, it needs to populate. Considering you have stated that it is set for auto, check your network cable connections, you are not connecting to the Internet.

changed bridge and cable still not populating,could the adapter the ethernet cable plugs into be bad?
